What information do I add during contractor setup?

Setup records your trade, service area, business call hours, business FAQs, intake questions, missed-call follow-up wording, booking-window preferences, and average job value for estimates. These are workspace settings; entering them does not connect a phone provider or activate live call handling.

Does the demo answer live telephone calls?

No. The demo is a text-only scripted example of a call flow. This app does not currently connect to a phone provider or include a call-ingestion producer, so it does not show live calls. The text demo does not capture audio.

What does a booking request save, and is the appointment confirmed?

Accepted Answer

A request can save the caller name and callback number, service and job details, answers to configured intake questions, and a preferred date and time window. It is a request for follow-up: the app does not check an open calendar slot, reserve a time, or confirm an appointment.

What do weekly reports and estimated values mean?

Accepted Answer

Weekly summaries count only call records and booking requests stored for your workspace. The estimated value is the booking count multiplied by the average job value saved in setup; it is not actual revenue or proof of completed work. Call counts depend on call records being supplied, and this app currently has no call-ingestion producer.
